ASSASSINS’ CLUB is a visit to the jungle of the “murder business”. Arlene Prescott, a criminologist prepares her doctoral thesis about hired killers. While collecting data, she interviews a jailed-for-life hit man, Mario Zeppa. She learns that assassination networks do indeed exist. As the assumptions of the author appear frightfully realistic, the reader might conclude that anything can be arranged in this day and age, provided there are sufficient funds available.
